At Nova Essence, we want you to receive your luxury garments as efficiently as possible. We work with international logistics providers to ensure your order arrives safely at your doorstep.

SHIPPING COSTS
Global Premium Shipping: We are currently offering Free Shipping on all worldwide orders. There are no additional transportation charges at checkout.

PROCESSING TIMES
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days following payment confirmation.
Once processed, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
We ship internationally, and delivery times may vary depending on the destination:
International Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 8 to 12 business days.
Please note that during high-demand periods or due to local customs processes, these times may be slightly extended.

ORDER TRACKING
You can track your package at any time using the tracking link we will send via email once your product has left our distribution center.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
Customers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply in the destination country. Nova Essence is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.
