Refund policy

Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a product with manufacturing defects or one that has been damaged during transit, you are entitled to a full resolution at no additional cost.
Refund: A 100% refund of the total purchase value will be issued.
Notification: You must inform us within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
Requirement: Please send clear photographs or videos demonstrating the damage or defect to our support email.

Personal Preference Returns
If the product arrives in perfect condition but does not meet your personal taste, you wish to exchange it, or you simply changed your mind (Right of Withdrawal):
Partial Refund: A refund of 50% of the total payment will be issued.
Product Condition: The item must be in brand-new condition, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original luxury packaging.
Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item to our facilities.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team through our official channels.

Once the item is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process your refund within 5 to 10 business days. The credit will be applied directly to your original method of payment.
